Our Beagle Bing has been going to West Chester since she was a little pup. We wanted to find a place we could feel comfortable leaving her for the day or even a week and West Chester is that place. Everyone there treats her like she is the only one there, and I have seen them treat everyone that way and that ability is what makes them so special! When she comes home from a day of play and curls up in her bed I just have to smile – a tired dog is a good dog! Thank you West Chester for giving Bing a great place to play and us the confidence that she is in good hands!

Wonderful experience boarding two dogs while visiting family over Thanksgiving Holiday. We were traveling between Pennsylvania and Florida with a stop in Virginia. Facilities were spotless and staff were incredible. Plan to board with them whenever we are in the area.

Chester Pet Resort is by far the greatest pet boarding I’ve experienced so far. They have the friendliest and most accommodating staff who are there because they love animals – and it shows. They have a trainer on staff who is AMAZING! I doubt my dogs even went near the pool, but they have a super cool bone shaped pool if your doggo likes to go swimming. I highly recommend checking them out, especially since they give the same level care (if not more) than those designer boarding facilities that make you pay for “a la carte” services just so your dog gets paid attention to.

West Chester Pet Resort is a home away from home for your fur baby. The staff there are well trained and as importantly, love your pets as if they were their own. They are conscientious with regard to health issues an will contact you immediately if your baby has an issue. They are very careful about foods and any medications that need to be administered. My “Princess” was always thrilled when we arrived for her “spa” stay! Another advantage is that the Vets are on site should there be a need. I heartily recommend this facility.

We board our three fur babies here whenever we travel. The staff is superbly smart and responsive. They don’t mind that I call almost every day to check on my babies. The facility itself is terrific and management runs an extremely high quality operation. I highly recommend WCPR – and I am obsessive about ensuring that my babies receive outstanding care.

Everyone is so friendly from the receptionists to the doggie daycare staff. Radford now has friends and even swims in the pool. I love the socialization that he receives. I can tell the staff genuinely loves him. They even race to his kennel when I pick him up.

This has been a great find. Fenway is so happy to have a big yard for running and a pool to dip his toes. Biggest bonus is he comes home a tired puppy! The staff is excellent and very helpful.

I started bringing my Labrador here for daycare several days a week. She really enjoys it and I enjoy the updates I get from the caregivers. Nashely shows me adorable videos of my pup playing in the pool!
