Here’s what we offer each guest while they are with us:

• Complimentary physical by one of our Guest Services team to ensure our guests are in good health and ready to start their vacation
• Complimentary monitoring by our Guest Services team to ensure our guests are enjoying themselves during their stay
• Personal concierge service for indoor relaxation and outdoor sun bathing
• In-suite Food and Beverage services provided twice daily or as requested
• Complimentary Prescription Purina Veterinary Diet (EN) offered to all guests or if they’d prefer they may bring their own if properly labeled, measured per meal and pre-bagged
• Maid services three times daily or as needed

Our facility and park are for well pets only, please be sure to keep your pet at home if they are feeling under the weather. This includes sneezing, hacking, coughing, lethargy, vomiting, and diarrhea. We recommend that you take them to your veterinarian before they return to daycare.

Just like children playing at a daycare, the more children they play with the more potential they have for exposure to a variety of illnesses and viruses. Upon check in for Boarding, we will ask you a few questions about your pup, including if they are to receive medications while in our care.
