We not only offer exceptional veterinary care at of our state-of-the-art animal clinic (Chester Animal Clinic), but we pride ourselves on giving your pet the ultimate retreat experience when you and your pet are apart — whether they’re vacationing or just here to play for the day. West Chester Pet Resort is a facility like no other in Virginia. Our almost 5-acre, luxury pet resort, and off-leash park were designed with your pet’s comfort, safety, fun, and well-being in mind. All park entrances are double-gated and latched to keep our canine guests secure. Perimeter fences are reinforced to deter digging. Since we have a fully staffed veterinary hospital on-site, Chester Animal Clinic, we’re completely prepared should your pet require medical attention during their stay with us. While you’re away, your pet’s stay can be a walk in the park. And you can have peace of mind.
Pet Boarding
We offer 52 luxury deluxe indoor/outdoor canine suites as well as 4 waterfront giant / family suites.
Pet Daycare
Our daycare services include 4-6 hours of supervised playtime in our almost 5-acre fenced-in park.
Exotic Boarding
We also offer boarding for exotic pets! *Husbandry items are limited, we request that you bring your pet’s enclosure, bedding and food for their stay.

Our lobby is closed from 12pm-2pm for lunch Monday – Friday and from 12pm-1pm Saturday

Holiday Hours & Closures
Our office is closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- Boarding drop-off and pick-up are unavailable on these dates, and daycare services will also be closed.
- Our dedicated team will still be on-site to provide attentive care for all boarding guests.
- To ensure safe staffing levels and personalized care during busy times, daycare may be temporarily paused on the days before or after major holidays.
