We appreciate everyone's support and patience as we continue with the curbside care appointments. We have been overwhelmed with the number of appointments that are being requested daily and we want to be able to see your pet when they need to be seen. We've unfortunately had a rash of appointments lately that gave little to no notice for cancellation of their pet's appointment. In an effort to eliminate that we are instituting a Late Cancellation/No Show fee for each appointment that is lost. Below is our new policy. Please understand that this is done so everyone will respect their appointment times and if they cannot make it, at least give us the opportunity to re-schedule another pet in their place. Thank you - we appreciate your understanding.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS: We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you are preventing another patient from getting much-needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule your pet for a needed exam/treatment, due to a seemingly "full" schedule.

If an appointment is not cancelled with at least a 24-hour advance notice you will be charged $55/pet; this is not covered by your pet's wellness plan or insurance policy.
